The apples used in these ciders varies throughout the year and are pressed only two days prior to fermentation. A cold, long fermentation of two weeks is employed to allow the individual character of each apple variety to be expressed.
The specific apple, fruit or hop varieties are listed on each keg and will change per batch. The batch number and bottleing date can be looked up online to find batch specs. Please appreciate the diversity.
All apples, pears, cherries and hops are from Washington or Oregon, organic when possible and only fresh pressed.

The original hopped cider. Dry hopped with Oregon Cascade hops resulting in a lagerish cider with citrus & floral aromas & a slight bitterness on the finish.

Bosc, Anjou and/or Bartlett pears smooth Anthem Cider's acidity with a soft mouth feel and the earthy roundness only real ripe pear provides.
