Handcrafted using Ashland mountain water, red hibiscus flowers and red rose petals. Quite refreshing with absolutely no sugar or caffine.

Handcrafted using Ashland mountain water, pure canse sugar, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice and hops. Yes, a non-alcoholic craft soda using whole Cascade hops. No bitterness from the hops, but rather a little bit of flavor and aroma.

Root Beer

Handcrafted in the brewery using Ashland mountain water, pure canse sugar and the best Root Beer extract available creats one of the lowest sugar Root Beers on the market today (2/3 less sugar than most brands).

Rose Petal - Imperial Golden Ale

This ale is like a party at Grandma’s house, with the intense, aromatic fragrance of roses. Brewed with real red rose petals.

Caldera’s Hop Hash was made for the 2011 Oregon Brewers Festival. This beer uses non-traditional hopping techniques, as pure, compacted, lupulin hashlike chunks are used in the brew.

Mogli - Chocolate Imperial Porter
